Born 1963, has B.Sc. (cum laude) and M.Sc. degrees from the Technion – The Israel Institute of Technology, in Industrial and Management Engineering.
Over twenty five years of experience in the fields of Railway Engineering and Management:
Head of the Traffic Division at Israel Railways Ltd – the highest professional and executive authority for planning and operating whole railways traffic in Israel, Chief Operations Officer (COO) on the Tel Aviv light rail and metro project, independent consultant for various railway systems, in Israel, the European Commission and Africa.
Tzvika also serves as an Expert Evaluator for the European Commission and holds European passport.
